I ordered this chair on Sunday and received it by Friday afternoon so I was very happy with the speed of shipment. Box arrived looking abused but thankfully the contents were fine. Instructions could have been a little more detailed with the use of word descriptions rather than cramming Key letters all over small diagram on instruction sheet. If like myself, you have experience assembling furniture pieces then you will no doubt figure it out without having to refer to diagram too much. Assembly is straight forward but the use of the allen wrench to attach screws took longer on the angles because I couldn't use my power tool on that and you can only make a 1/4 turn at a time before needing to reposition tool. Overall the chair is nice- seating cushion just needs a little breaking in.
