3 Piece Carey Dinette Set Review

I'm very happy with this dinette set.It fits perfect in my kitchen nook that's only about six feet long.After hours of shopping online and in furniture stores, this was a great find, especially for the price.The only downfall for me was the cushions.They appeared to be a solid color online, but there are actually some brown and orange/peach specks in them.Although, the way the chairs are put together makes them very easy to recover.Overall, I'm still pleased with the quality of the furniture.

Homelegance Ameillia Bench Review

I bought this bench with the specific intent of recovering it with my own fabric. The bench is well made, very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I didn't really care for the fake leather upholstery but since I was recovering the bench that was irrelevant.A great price and now that it's recovered it looks great at the foot of my bed!

Black Dresser with 6 Drawers - Berkshire Collection Review

Two of the rear stabilizers came in the mail broken. Only one replacement stabilizer was sent, so I had to demand a second time a replacement. The pieces should have come with sticker recognition for ease of identification. It took more than 3 hours for 3 people to construct the dresser, when the instructions lie and say you can put it together in 1.5 hours. If you're considering this dresser for purchase, I'd recommend that you pass on this one.

Learning Carpets Under Construction Carpet Review

We purchased this rug to use in my daughter's play room. The wood floors are too cold during the winter and we chose this rug because it encourages pretend play. She loves to drive her cars and trains on the rug. The snap is short and stiff to allow the cars to ride smoothly across the surface but it still provides more warmth than the hard wood floors do. BEAUTIFUL 36"DIA ROUND TABLE W.2 DROP-LEAF AND 2 CHAIRS Review

Although this is a nice little set and priced right for someone on a budget, I received it without assembly instructions. I knew some assembly would be required but was unable to do other than guess at the appropriate arrangement of parts.Unfortunately I didn't come to the correct conclusion and my chairs will never "sit" right.This problem could have been avoided if instructions had been included with the shipment.Every time I use the set, I am unfortunately reminded of the fact that the chairs will never be right.

Farmhouse Dining Table-Oak Review

This table was such a great surprise! The Features and Product Descriptions do not mention the rack and pinion mechanism for adding the leaf. It's unquestionsably the smoothest moving table I've ever owned. Nor does it mention the leveling feet already installed on each foot. The table is very sturdy, well-finished, and arrived without any flaws at all. A fantastic value for such a low price.

Rectangular Bathroom/shower Stool Review

Stool arrived promptly. Stool has a lot of screws to put it together but it was easy, screws fit the holes well, which isn't always the case with items you put together yourself. Stool is stable, sturdy, and attractive and suits my needs perfectly. I definitely recommend this product.

3 Piece Dining Set By Coaster Furniture Review

This table and chairs is worth every penny. Not only does it fit in a small space but it is very sturdy and easy to assemble. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the chairs need a lot of man power on a manual screw driver unless you use a machine screw driver then it's a lot easier. But the three piece dining set is beautiful. And I am glad i purchased it. It is very light in weight but sturdy enough to hold over 300 lbs. per chair. The only other problem is that it is hard to unravel the items out of the package because they package it so much and so tight.

Cariboo Classic Changing Table Review

I ordered the cariboo changing table after first ordering a cheaper changing table that came with incomplete parts and flimsy materials. Once I decided to just spend the money for this changing table I was very happy when I received it. The table was extremely simple to put together. I think it took me less than a half hour. The materials are also of a high quality - solid wood, and no particle board. Once made, the changing table is simple, sturdy and elegant. I love the fresh look of this table - it only adds to the nursery decor and even our bedroom, which is where we are now keeping the table since our baby is only 2 months old now. I have one, unfortunately not minor, complaint. Because of the beautiful design of this table, the legs extend wider than the space of the table top. This has caused me and my husband to trip on the legs on occasion when we are walking by the table. To combat this problem we moved the table so that the head end is flush against the wall and this has helped and now I rarely trip on the legs. I'm sure part of the problem is that our bedroom is very small - perhaps this would then be a better table for a larger room. Nonetheless, we have gotten used to this quirk and are for the most part happy with this table.

Natural Finish Terracotta Tile Top Dining Table Review

The table looks great, and was delivered in perfect condition.I was worried about shipping several thousand miles, but the man who delivered the table said that it was packaged quite well.The outside box was torn, so we opened the box.Under the outside box were some thick layers of bubble wrap, then another box... so the inner box was unscratched, and the table was in showroom condtion.

DB Schenker, the main shipper, has a tracking website, and it said there was an "exception" in the delivery at one point in the tracking.I called and talked to a very articulate, and knowledgeable representative and she told me that meant shipping to an individual.

And finally, although the delivery was scheduled for Dec. 28th, it arrived Dec. 22nd.

Solid Wood Ultralight Futon Frame with 8" Futon Mattress Review

We should have been more careful. There is little information provided about the product (length, width, weight, etc) but it looked good so we bought it. Seeing it changed our minds; the frame is very heavy, maybe 60 pounds, and the mattress is on the small size and seems to be all low density foam.

Communicating with the seller on the return was difficult; a series of calls and messages and delays in replying to emails. Cost of return to us is about $90 (we're paying for shipping BOTH ways, it's in the fine print).

I doubt we will do business with the seller again.

WHITE/NATURAL FINISH SOLID WOOD TABLE AND 4 CHAIRS Review

We got this EXACT set at a local furniture store for about $85, so don't buy it at this price (you'll also have to pay shipping).EVERY furniture store has this set.It's a good little set.It's easy to put together, serves it's purpose, and is pretty easy to wipe clean.It does, however stain very easily.Spaghetti sauce, mustard, blueberries, and anything with color will permanently stain it because the wood is so light.My mom brought over a scented candle once and it was on the table for about five minutes an I now have a big red circle there forever.This is good for a starter table, but I wouldn't recommend it for very long-term use.

I use this as my main computer chair at home... feels like sitting in a hammock sort of.Admittedly the seating position is low - so most computer desk keyboard height will be above what most chairs are normally located.One disadvantage.The fabric will eventually wear out as well too - although it is well built.I'd say it wore out after 5 years of almost everyday use on it for a few hours a day.You can sew it some and repair it.. but I've had marginal luck.In addition, the metal part (rocker part) doesn't look like it will wear out anytime soon.It is very well constructed.Just be sure you have some sort of carpet underneath as it will leave metal marks on whatever surface you put it on.
And of course, one of the biggest advantages of this chair is that it is made in america (and high quality and comfey too).

Learning Carpets Giant Road Carpet Review

We bought this rug for our 17-month old daughter, who is the recipient of many of the toys we wish *we* had. Right now, she's more enamored of having her own play space than she is interested in the neighborhood aspect. But, the rug is quite fun, with houses, a duck pond, zoo, park, school, etc.--all in slightly "off" perspective. The lanes on the streets are the perfect size for matchbox-sized cars, for when your little one is older, but toddler-sized cars work just as well.
All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase. It seems a durable, colorful rug. It's long, providing lots of play space. Its no-slip backing should provide safety on tile or wood floors (though we have it on the carpeted floor of our living room). The best aspect? Our daughter keeps her blocks and cars on the rug--instead of everywhere else underfoot.

Set of 2 24"H Soho Brown Bycast Leather Counter Height Barstools Review

These brown leather chairs were exactly what I'd been looking for at the absolute BEST price online and in stores. The directions were not very good & they were a bit difficult and time-consuming to assemble, but it was worth the effort. They are comfy and look great. There were just a few scuff marks on the wood, but they would be there in a month anyway. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Microfiber and Wood Bench - Cherry Review

I bought this bench for my entryway, and I'm really happy with the purchase. I can fit 4 pairs of shoes/boots underneath it. It's comfortable to sit on, and feels sturdy. I also didn't find it too difficult to put together. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I'm glad that I decided to get this bench (together with two microfiber ottomans) instead of a shoe rack. The color of the wood is very pretty. It is not as dark as it appears in the picture, but it isn't light either.

Set of Two 29"H Soho Bycast Leather Barstools Review

I've had these barstools for a day or two now, and after assembling them and testing them out I'm definitely glad I got them. They are really high quality, and the seats are very comfortable.

Setup was easy enough to figure out, luckily, as the instructions were poorly translated and I believe referred to an older model.

My only real complaint is that the cross members don't align perfectly, and need to be rotated a bit to get a snug fit.

I'd also recommend the use of a power drill to put the screws in, as you'll want them nice and tight. I wasn't able to get enough torque from just a simple screwdriver.

Overall though, these chairs were a great find and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a really sharp looking and comfortable barstool.

(Sidenote: the seats are real leather. Don't listen to that other review.)

2pc Home Office Writing Desk & Side Chair Set Review

This is a very good looking product.

The leggings of both table and chair look very solid which is good. That's the foundation of the table and the chair. The table is made of some type of composite, plywood or whatever material. Doesnt seem that durable at all. The assembly are pretty easy. If you are used to Ikea or sauder furniture furniture... this is cake walk. The one aspect that it really doesnt show in picture is that the table top has a hard rubber/plastid type of material and it shows a world map. I actually was surprised and like it very much.

This desk are given different name in the internet and makes it very difficult to compare prices. The only thing that all internet website fail to change is the picture. Some internet website offer for ridiculous low price, then when you click the shipping and handling, it place a whopping $150 to $200 dollars. I bought mine at Ebay and I paid $299 plus S&H. I bought mine from ehomefurniture. The only problem I have is that one of the bracket that hold the drawer are broken. It is easily replaceable from home depot. I was refunded $10. You can search for writing desk in ebay and then filter by price. Look through picture and select the cheapest one from them. Make sure it has excellent reference.

I've been using this for over 2 month. Not sure if it is a potential issue or not, but when I sit back, it feels like the back of the chair moves a bit. Probably nuts and bolts are not tight enough or maybe poor design.

This desk is not perfect.... you might wonder why 5 stars? If you take price in consideration, then that becomes a factor. I dont think I can get a better looking desk plus chair for that price. Even with a price tag of $400, I will give it a 4.5.

BEAUTIFUL NATURAL FINISH ROUND PEDESTAL TABLE W.4 CHAIR Review

Nice quality at a reasonable price! Very safely shipped and nicely packed - all parts wrapped in plastic and foam sprayed into the box to fill all the voids and cushion the parts. Easy to put together and easy to follow instructions. The table seems nice. I haven't actually used it yet. Looks like it will be very helpful for my very small house! Like the other reviewer said (who posted after I purchased the item) the chairs are very uncomfortable. I have not noticed any unevenness of the table, but then again my whole house is very uneven! My biggest complaint is the assembly. Make sure you have lots of time and space as well as a power screwdriver! You have to put something like 50 little tiny screws in the table top for the hinges. Also the instructions aren't that great! I don't think the people that wrote the instructions had ever actually put one of these tables together. At one point you are supposed to turn the table upside down. I did not because it was obvious the piece they had you put on right before would fall off and make more work for you. Also in the first step it would be a good idea to go ahead and put the casters on. It is hard to put together until these are on because it is very uneven. I was also missing 4 parts that I didn't want to wait for so I put it together without the parts. I don't think those parts will effect the sturdiness of the table. I will post more if I find out anything from the actual use of the product. I wanted people to know about the assembly and the uncomfortablness of the chairs now.

Update:

The chairs collapse very easily. They have collapsed on my kids numerous times! This usually results in a child on the floor with the chair on top. I changed my rating from 4 stars to one star because of this safety issue. It was originally 4 stars because of the difficulty of assembly.

Corner Bathroom/shower Stool Review

I was very pleased with the look and feel of the product. However, the stool was not very stable and the wood cracked after only a few uses. (I am not a heavy person, standing 5'9" and weighing about 170lbs.) I was very disapointed as it looked very nice and seemed as if it was going to be sturdy.

Farmhouse Dining Bench Review

I bought 4 of the benches.They were sturdier than I thought and were a breeze to put together.I spent more time throwing away the packing materials than actually screwing the legs on.They are level and made of a heavy material so they don't tip over easily.I can push them under the kitchen table instead of having regular chair backs cluttering up the room. Plus you can squeeze an extra person in at the table without having to push chairs about. Good value for the money.

We just received our set yesterday and put it together last night.It came packed very well and with no damage.It is a beautiful, well put together, timless piece.However, it is not the color we expected.The stain is a lot more red and darker than it looks online.It's pretty much a cherry finish.The cushions are a tan and sage green pattern with a little bit of gold.I thought they were just two shades of tan from the picture.Even though it isn't what we expected we really love the quality and look.It's a little on the masculine side and the size of the chairs are a bit intimidating.(At 5"5" when my back is to the back of the chair my feet don't touch the floor.)They are VERY comfortable though.Aside from the color differences, I would definately recommend this set.I can't believe we only paid $819.95 for it!A steal!

Miranda 5 Piece Espresso Dinette Set By Acme Furniture Review

this dining set is gorgeous, although the espresso finish is not as dark as pictured. the table was easy to assemble. the chairs would have been easy to assemble, except on 3 of my chairs, the holes for the support bars that run between the front and back legs didn't align properly, so those support bars are tilting downward.but despite the flaw, the chairs are solid.the one "good" chair took half the time to assemble. the table looks great in my "cozy" LR, and for $50 cheaper, i would've given it a 5 star rating.

Modern Leatherette Recliner Review

The leatherette is nothing like my black leather couch.The chair doesn't lean back far enough to be called a recliner.The leg rest doesn't support any weight.I'd suggest spending some extra money and getting a real recliner.

Very comfortable, soft. The burgundy looks a little pinkish, but that's my only complaint. If installed properly, for example if you tuck everything in and if you make sure the ties are secure, it should stand up to daily movement.
