I bought 6 of these bar stools for my Patio Bar. They are really good and fit my price range, there is very limited swivel out-door bar stools collections any where, and the one available are too expensive.

They were a breeze to assemble, I could do all 6 within an hour with just help from my 6 year old son !!

Train Table - Natural Review

We ordered this from Walmart for our 3-year-old train enthusiast, and it arrived in a very distressed box, as seems to be common for these tables. The manufacturer simply does not package them properly to ensure the product arrives without damage. Needless to say, ours arrived with a dozen dings, scrapes and chunks gouged out of the wood. I was willing to overlook this seeing as the table is attractive and a great price considering the competition. Installation was simple, but I quickly realized how flimsy this table really is. The entire thing is pressed wood and is held together by very short screws. After owning it for a week, we decided to move it from the living room to our son's bedroom and after removing the top and going to lift it to move it down the hall, the end snapped right off under very little pressure. We promptly returned it and I will never buy another Kidkraft product again. Very cheaply made and not durable in the least. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I ordered these Handy Living Crimson Cabana pillows to match the chair in the exact coordinating fabric I bought from overstock.The fabric is a nice light canvas, and the colors are very muted.The coordinating chair by the same manufacturer is flawless.The only problem with the pillows is that the stripe pattern was not centered like it is in the photos!!!The pattern was completely asymmetrical; even I, a novice at sewing, would have enough sense to center a stripe pattern on a pillow!!!There is no way I could put these pillows on my furniture as is and not feel embarrassed.And, for much more than you'd pay for a pair of pillows from Walmart, the level of detail on these should be perfect.

I specifically purchased this stool to match 2 others I already had, after a kitchen remodel. To my disappointment, it arrived with one of the base supports completely broken off. I wanted to return it to Home Decorators, but they always make it very, very difficult. Winsome 94624 24" Swivel Barstool (set Of 2) - Walnut/black Review

Very fast shipping - delivered a week ahead of schedule.

Good packaging - arrived via FedEx a few days after order - boxes in great shape and packaged well.

Worksmanship - seems ok - the wood is stained evenly and the craftsmanship is average or above (especially for the money)

Appearance - great - the stools look great and are really quite sturdy (the splay of the legs is adequate for stability)- and the feel of the fabric/pvc is good - it doesn't feel plastic-y or slippery to sit on, but more leather-like to the touch. There isn't a load of cushion on the seat, but it's enough for comfort. The tone of the wood is lighter than in the picture, but I have mission red oak furniture, so this worked out to my advantage as it matches quite nicely. The stools are much bigger width-wise than they appear they would be in the stock photo and are quite comfy to sit on - you don't feel like you'll fall off like you sometimes do on the backless stools.

I've seen similar stools that don't swivel selling for much more elsewhere so it seemed like a good deal. All in all - this was a very good buy and I am pleased and impressed as usual :o)

The table is built solid, very heavy and looks great. However, one of the chair cushions arrived slightly dirty and it is difficult to separate both halves of the table in order to bring the extension leaf up and out. The chairs are also built well. There is some assembly required, but it mainly consists of screwing legs to the tables and chairs. Overall, a great product!

Larson Brown Rocker Recliner Review

I was looking for a new recliner to replace my old Lazyboy. We previously purchased an Ashley matching leather sofa, overstuffed chair and ottoman, so were familiar with Ashley's value.

Overall, I'm impressed with the chair. It's large and well built, weighing in at nearly 100#, and was very comfortable right out of the box. Of course, after three weeks, it's even more comfortable now. The rocker feature is an added bonus. For $300, this chair is an excellent value.

I'm a big guy (6'2"-245#) and the chair fits me well. The only thing that kept me from giving this chair 5-stars is the fact that the seat height is very high. If you are shorter than me, your feet will not touch the ground while sitting upright. Other than that, I highly recommendthis chair!Update 6/13/2009:

Well, I've had the chair for just over a year and a half and I still like it!!!!! I have had no issues with the chair at all and it's no surprise that it keeps getting more comfortable all the time. I would definitely buy this chair again!

Main Street Multi-Media Console, Espresso Review

Overall, we are very happy with this purchase. It's a very sturdy, solid unit, and it looks like a quality piece thanks to it's real-wood veneer (can't be certain it's real wood, but it looks real to me). We also love the clean-line design, and it has the room we need to house all our components (DVD player, XBox, Wii, Set-Top-Box, and Receiver), XBox and Wii paraphernalia, and DVDs. AND the price didn't break the bank.

The upper compartments measure 20"D, 29 1/4"W (opening is 27 3/4"W), 10 7/8"H (opening is 8 3/8"H) . The drawers measure 15 1/4D, 25 1/2"W, 6"H. In the drawers, you can store two rows of DVDs with approximately 44 DVDs in each row. The one downside is that the drawers don't slide out all the way, so in order to access the back row, you need to pull out the DVDs in the front row.

I gave this 4 stars because we had three total snags, two with assembly. First, when we received the unit, two pieces were damaged and one had a flaw. When we received the replacement pieces, those, too, were damaged (But not nearly as bad nor as noticeable as the original pieces, so we kept them). The replacements were packed EXTREMELY well, so I can only guess that the damage happened before they wrapped it for shipping. I must say, however, that Customer Service was excellent; we got the replacement pieces free of charge with no problem.

Regarding assembly, for the long horizontal shelf piece, you have to hammer in a peg from the underside. If you're not really careful, you'll push the veneer up on the top side. (We fixed it by gluing the veneer back down; not perfect, but it's in a location that's not readily visible). Second, one of the drawers didn't fit because the drawer opening was around 1/8" too big. (I was able to fix this by attaching a 1/8" thick strip of wood to the drawer side, and then attached the drawer slide on top of that).

Despite the snags, we're very happy we purchased this, and we would do so again.

We have owned this product for around 1 year now. 6 months after owning it the bi-cast leather began to crack severely and rip everywhere. Right now we have 3-4 very unsightly large rips. They can not be repaired. Don't be fooled by the con-artists who claim they can repair this. They can't. This rocker is so cute and my granddaughter loves it. But it was awful to put together.Some of the predrilled holes were drilled in the wrong place so in order to put it together, my husband had to redrill 2 in different places. There was no way you could put it together as made.Also, it tips over forward very easily if the child isn't sitting on it clear to the back.It's a little big for a 2 year old--maybe 4 years of age would be more appropriate because of the size.

3 Piece Natural-White Bar Stool Set By Coaster Furniture Review

My table came triple wrapped and triple taped, as if to protect it from the next world war. No worries, it'll make it through!
After reading other peoples reviews, I felt I should comment, because to me, I feel they were slightly misleading. There were several comments as to the length of time involved for setting up the table, drilled holes being mismatched...etc...etc.
I swear, the hardest, and longest part of the whole job, was getting all the parts unwrapped. The rest of it went together as it should, with no hassles. I am a women with a history in the construction trade, so Im starting out with a bit of an advantage. But I think my Mom, who is an all alround "girly-girl", could have finished the job without calling on me or my brother. One warning, getting that plastic off was the most damage this table will probably ever recieve!! That aggrevated me a bit.
Over all however, I would order it again if need be. I like the style, width, height, the fact the little stools totally fit uder it and over the cross beams of the table. It was a good buy. But I DO NOT have any advice on how to get all the plastic wrap off. I finally settled on sawing it with a kitchen knife, because it was thin enough to get into the wrap, with minimum contact with the variuos pieces of wood.

My parents got this table chair set for my daughter for Christmas when she was 19 months old.It is just perfect for her! A friend of ours has the set at her house so I was able to see it in person before requesting it as a gift.I love that there is a stool for adults- my daughter knows that is my seat, and will carry it over to me if I am in another part of the room- b/c she wants me to join her at her table!Now at 21 months she eats her breakfast and lunch there.When I ask her if she is ready for lunch she hops right in one of the chairs.We have it set up near her play kitchen so she is constantly move food/pots/pans from kitchen to table. she also loves to color at the table.

I do love the espresso stain.My friend had the natural stain, but we havea lot of dark colored furniture so I thought it would look best in our home- I was right!definitley looks like nice kids furniture and not a cheap kids piece.

Definitely a great first table!!!

Dolce 5-pc. Dining Set Review

I purchased this table as my Christmas gift to myself and I love it!I was worried about how the table would arrive, giving some of the other reviews.However the table was in perfect condition.I looked over the entire set making sure there weren't any defects. I could not find anything!Plus it shipped within 2 days and arrived at my home in about a week!

The table was very easy to assemble,(but maybe that was because I have put together alot of furniture before).It took me maybe 30 minutes tops.Assembling the chairs was a tedious job, but I guess it needs to be to assure they are secure.

The color looked wonderful to me.I thought it looked very similar to the web pictures.

I have a small 2 bedroom apartment so this table was the perfect size and it adds a wonderful touch of elegance to the apartment!

Nook Corner - Antique White Review

I was afraid this would be too flimsy for real use, but was pleased that it is sturdy, puts together fairly easily, and the hidden storage is a nice bonus (I keep table decor & tablecloths in mine). One thing they could improve on in design, tho~ cut the upright, or end, pieces to be level with seat.In the corner unit, the protrusions are impossible to sit on, and not everyone may wish to add seat cushions. Also the cut-outs for baseboards don't fit older higher baseboards.
They may also want to make add-on units; I had to buy two complete booths for parts for a longer wall section, wasting a corner section. All in all, good price, good durability.

5pc Birmingham White/Chrome Finish Dining Table & 4 Padded Seats Set Review

This table looks good for the price.It is not of the highest quality, but for the price I didn't have the highest of expectations.One warning is that the table top is not formica as the website advertises.It is actually a cheap plastic.There was a slight bit of damage as one screw was missing that holds the table top on -- I really didn't want to bother with sending the whole thing back and will just fix it.

It was kind of a hassle to put together.The table itself was easy to put together, my struggle was with the chairs.The instructions were very minimal.For the chair seat and backrest there are not holes drilled in for six of the screws -- you either have to drill it yourself, or exert some force when screwing in the screws into the wood.It took me a while to figure out exactly what to do as the instructions don't mention that they didn't drill in the holes.The bottom seat cushion has to screw to the chair pieces in six places and only four holes are drilled for you.For the backrest there are four screws however there are zero holes drilled for you.

I have an old 50s era kitchen and this set fits in well.

I use it in my breakfast nook.I bought cushions from Urban Outfitters and it is very comfy.It is a shame to cover up the beautiful lines on this bench.It really is a beautiful piece of furniture.I gave only 4 stars because the box was all beat up.I think that was the shippers fault.There was an enormous amount of packaging which actually saved my bench from being damaged.The shipping was fast too.

3 Piece Carey Dinette Set Review

I'm very happy with this dinette set.It fits perfect in my kitchen nook that's only about six feet long.After hours of shopping online and in furniture stores, this was a great find, especially for the price.The only downfall for me was the cushions.They appeared to be a solid color online, but there are actually some brown and orange/peach specks in them.Although, the way the chairs are put together makes them very easy to recover.Overall, I'm still pleased with the quality of the furniture.

Black Dresser with 6 Drawers - Berkshire Collection Review

Two of the rear stabilizers came in the mail broken. Only one replacement stabilizer was sent, so I had to demand a second time a replacement. The pieces should have come with sticker recognition for ease of identification. It took more than 3 hours for 3 people to construct the dresser, when the instructions lie and say you can put it together in 1.5 hours. If you're considering this dresser for purchase, I'd recommend that you pass on this one.

Learning Carpets Under Construction Carpet Review

We purchased this rug to use in my daughter's play room. The wood floors are too cold during the winter and we chose this rug because it encourages pretend play. She loves to drive her cars and trains on the rug. The snap is short and stiff to allow the cars to ride smoothly across the surface but it still provides more warmth than the hard wood floors do. We are pleased with this rug and our daughter is, too.

Although this is a nice little set and priced right for someone on a budget, I received it without assembly instructions. I knew some assembly would be required but was unable to do other than guess at the appropriate arrangement of parts.Unfortunately I didn't come to the correct conclusion and my chairs will never "sit" right.This problem could have been avoided if instructions had been included with the shipment.Every time I use the set, I am unfortunately reminded of the fact that the chairs will never be right.

Farmhouse Dining Table-Oak Review

This table was such a great surprise! The Features and Product Descriptions do not mention the rack and pinion mechanism for adding the leaf. It's unquestionsably the smoothest moving table I've ever owned. Nor does it mention the leveling feet already installed on each foot. The table is very sturdy, well-finished, and arrived without any flaws at all. A fantastic value for such a low price.

Rectangular Bathroom/shower Stool Review
