I was looking for a new recliner to replace my old Lazyboy. We previously purchased an Ashley matching leather sofa, overstuffed chair and ottoman, so were familiar with Ashley's value.Overall, I'm impressed with the chair. It's large and well built, weighing in at nearly 100#, and was very comfortable right out of the box. Of course, after three weeks, it's even more comfortable now. The rocker feature is an added bonus. For $300, this chair is an excellent value.
I'm a big guy (6'2"-245#) and the chair fits me well. The only thing that kept me from giving this chair 5-stars is the fact that the seat height is very high. If you are shorter than me, your feet will not touch the ground while sitting upright. Other than that, I highly recommendthis chair!Update 6/13/2009:
Well, I've had the chair for just over a year and a half and I still like it!!!!! I have had no issues with the chair at all and it's no surprise that it keeps getting more comfortable all the time. I would definitely buy this chair again!
